Vision Statement

"A Church in every community planted by ordinary members equipped with practical skills and encouraged to work together."

Signifying the Bible League's commitment to assist local churches in their evangelism and discipleship program, a church planting training program has been instituted. The purpose is to train national leaders through a series of module classes for actual practice in the field of church planting.

The Bible League conducts training for church planters as a service to national churches or mission organizations. Students plant churches in behalf of their sending denomination, not in behalf of The Bible League. It is a ministry in response to the actual challenge to plant one church at every barangay.

The curriculum model is a one-year intensive training program blending classroom with field work assignments. Students spend a minimum of 80% of the twelve month period in actual ministry on location in the unreached community where they seek to plant a church. Materials are provided free for those who are under the program. Church Planting Institute provides a one-year scholarship to deserving applicants as the funds permit. Training modules are open to general participants at a certain number where the venue can accommodate. The five(5) modules are designed to lead the students step-by-step through a strategy for planting a church in an unreached community. The church planting strategy involves: Evangelism; Discipleship; Membership; Leadership; and Worship.
